General
What does Avenis Digital do?
We’re an online digital agency and software house. We design and develop websites and online stores, mobile apps and custom software, build AI assistants and workflow automations, and help businesses grow through SEO and digital marketing.
Who do you work with?
Startups, entrepreneurs, e-commerce brands and established businesses internationally, particularly owner-led and service businesses that want one accountable partner.
Where are you based?
Avenis Digital operates online. We collaborate through video calls, shared documents and written updates, and plan meetings around your time zone.
Do you offer every service listed on the website?
These are the services Avenis Digital is set up to offer. During scoping we confirm exactly how your project will be delivered and by whom, before anything is agreed.
Projects & process
How does a project start?
With a conversation, a short enquiry or a project-planner brief. We review your goals, ask questions, then prepare a written scope and proposal for you to approve.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A focused landing page needs far less time than a custom platform. We agree a realistic schedule during scoping, before work begins.
How involved do we need to be?
Mostly at the start (goals and scope) and at review points (designs, staging, launch). We agree a rhythm of check-ins at kick-off.
Can you work with our team or other suppliers?
Yes. We can collaborate with your developers, marketers or other partners, with responsibilities agreed during scoping.
What if our priorities change mid-project?
Changes are discussed openly, their impact on time and budget is explained, and nothing changes without your written agreement.
Pricing & proposals
How much does a project cost?
Every project is different, so we don’t publish fixed prices. Share your goals through the project form or the planner, and we’ll prepare a scoped proposal based on what you actually need.
Do I need a budget before getting in touch?
No. A budget range helps us suggest the right approach, but “not sure yet” is always a valid answer.
What’s included in a proposal?
The goals, scope, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule and cost, so you can compare options and decide with confidence.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Ongoing care, optimization and further development are part of our proposed services. The details are agreed in a separate plan if you need them.
Technical
Which platforms do you use?
Commonly WordPress with Elementor for business websites, Shopify for online stores, and modern web and mobile frameworks for apps and custom software. We recommend what fits your needs, not a favourite tool.
Will our website be accessible?
We design and test against WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline target, covering keyboard access, colour contrast, labels and reduced-motion preferences.
Will it be fast?
Performance is planned from the start, with Core Web Vitals in mind, lean code, optimized media and careful use of third-party scripts.
Who hosts the website?
You can use your own hosting, or we can recommend suitable hosting and help set it up. The right choice depends on platform, traffic and support needs.
Planner & calls
What is the project planner?
A short set of guided questions that turns your ideas into a project brief you can review before sending. It isn’t an AI, it simply helps you cover the details we would ask about anyway.
Do I have to use the planner?
No. It’s optional. You can send a short enquiry or request a call instead, whichever feels easier.
What happens after I send a brief or enquiry?
A person reviews what you sent and replies by email with questions or suggested next steps.
Can I change the time of a call?
Yes. Reply to our confirmation email or send us a message, and we’ll find another time that works.

Do you use cookies?
This website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. It stores a few settings in your browser, such as reduced motion, so the site remembers your choices.
